• Create New drinks (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic) • Modify drinks upon request • Collect and Take care of Recipes • Ensure all recipes are correct and available to all others • Demonstrate drinks to customers (onsite/off-site) • Provide training to Baristas and Sales Team • Work with others to promote Monin and iSi • Implement promotion plan to clear stock • Generates customer satisfaction; responds appropriately to customer concerns. • Communicates customer complaints/concerns to superior on duty. • Produces superior presentation. • Skillful in Barista and Bartender knowledge • Check up on customers • Respects company rules and procedure

• At least one year experience preferably as Bartender • High School or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field is required • English knowledge at intermediate level • Good knowledge of computer literacy • Having knowledge of coffee and Monin is priority
