Responsibilities: - To monitor and supervise all site works to ensure compliance to approved specifications, construction documents and schedules - To carry out inspection of works to ensure that the execution of the works are in accordance to Resident Engineer/ Project Manager/ Consultants instructions - Organise and keep proper records (i.e. inspections, non-conformance, site progress) and reporting to Resident Engineer/ Project Manager any discrepancies and possible delays - Check construction drawings and specifications for discrepancies and reporting to Resident Engineer/ Project Manager if any is detected - Review contractor ‘s method statements and monitor works to ensure the works are done in accordance with method statements - To assist Resident Engineer/ Project Manager in daily supervision of the works and site safety Requirements: - Min. Degree in Engineering / Possess the relevant qualification or RTO certificate with Minimum 3 years working experience for High Rise Building Projects - Has the widely MEP work knowledge and experience and able to comment the shop drawings provided by the contractors - Able to write and speak good English and must speak fluent Mandarin - Willing to be based in Cambodia
