+ Responsibility: • Improve the network KPI by data analysis, signaling tracing, parameter configuration, interference locating • Analyze Network performance and solve network problems • Prepare the RNO report such as the KPI improvement, coverage comparison etc. • Control the DT sub cons progress and report to customer and project team. • Identify the problems of RF optimization and the requirement from customer, make out the solution to address. • Know the process of RF optimization and acceptance very well.

+ Job Requirement: • 5 years of RF optimization engineering experience is preferred • Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of GUL systems. • Hands on experience with essential tools such as propagation models, protocol analysis, MapInfo, Microsoft Office etc. • Ability to understand complex technical situations and the ability to solve the problem or solicit the required resources • Positive mentality to accept travel in Cambodia • Ready to work under pressure and flexible working hours
