+ Responsibility: - Working with assigned Customer Support Request; - Provide technical support for ZTE Microwave system and solution - Perform problems isolation and product faults identification - Provide on-site support and troubleshooting - Perform knowledge transfer to internal staff - Handle various levels (high, detail & low) of documentations and Knowledge Based Article - Provide Emergency Support for ZTE Microwave system. - Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation
