• Entry PO and receipt • Record all transfer out, spoilage and IC expenses (donation, OC, etc.) in Excel • Record and check daily production in Excel • Set up inventory items, AR items and items sale in the system • Check SMR report from other outlets • Check on all PR • Submit reimbursement note to related person • Report AP non stock • Prepare monthly costing report in Excel • Check costing percentage of each outlet • Update monthly costing report in Excel • Check variance for stock usage with AR issued to other outlets • Check variance for all usage with sale • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or equivalent • 2-4 years of experiences in accounting or finance (experience in F&B industry would be a plus) • Good command in English • Proficiency in Accounting software (Sage Accpac/Quickbooks/Peachtree), Microsoft office applications, internet and email • Honest with positive attitudes.
