- Develop and update policies and procedure for human resources management that are consistent with national laws. - Ensure the proper implementation of staff policy as compensation, disciplinary action and grievance handling - Conduct staff performance appraisal - Ensure to prepare job descriptions for each current and projected position - Recruit new staff /Promotion and dismissal - Staff contract - Training Plan - Ensure all staff have complied with Residence regulations/rules and code of conduct and the Cambodia Labor Law - Staff personal file - Orientation new staff - Staff payroll/ Salary mass - Organize staff event - Check staff attendant with cooperation of each department - Check all external Agreements in consultation with General Manager - Prepare Agreements concerned - Organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
