** Job Description - Control the site to ensure quality and the project is meeting the schedule. - Familiarize with the contract drawings & specifications, check shop drawings, catalogues and samples/materials; and highlight deviation, to ensure all installation is correct. - Inspect the actual work meets the drawing and specification. - Discuss and recommend for new materials and technical solutions. - Find all defects of work especially finishing work and report. - Complete daily, weekly and monthly report to project director/Owner. - Check finishing works, wall, tile, painting, furniture, etc. - Check structure works, line, rebar, concrete, floor level, piling, lean, septic tank, footing, beam, etc. - Ensure that the contractors maintain work cleanliness, tidiness of the site and workplace safety. - Attend site meetings

*** Job Requirements - Degree in architecture, Civil Engineering and other equivalent degree. - At least 2-3 years experience in site supervising. - Good command of English language. - Be able to use application (Autocad 2D ,Google Sketch Up, and MS Office). - Being pro-active in the delivery of tasks. - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. - Being able to work in team and good time management, hard-working and initiative skill. - Being honest, friendly, flexible, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic. - Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation (mastered the art of persuasion), problem solving skills, and presentation skills.
