1. Manages business operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; adding/terminating internet connection 2. Conducts staff orientation for Sihanouk Ville branch. 3. Ensures all branch documents such as certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to branch operations and/or ISP services are evaluated, updated and processed. 4. Supervises all the staff to ensure they are following the company guidance. 5. Performs routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software to ensure zero downtime. 6. Monitor to ensure the backup links are functioning and working 7. Analyzes business operation to determine the weak point and strong point. 8. Develops and maintains IT support standards Operation procedures. 9. Manages and maintain company inventory, fixed asset including procurement and disposal. 10. Prepares and maintains IT disaster recovery plan. 11. Implement sales strategies 12. Maintain, develop and grow business as it relates to sales and listings 13. Manage branch Profit & Loss and budget review 14. Promote and ensure the services are at the top level 15. Manage branch level staffing requirements 16. Prepare and organize regular office meetings 17. Assist in performance appraisal of staff of SHV Branch. 18. Assist to ensure that all staff members adhere to the company policy and procedures. 19. Manage and approve staff overtime (OT). 20. Manage staff attendance records. 21. Check all documents before submission to Management. 22. Manage procurement activities. 23. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
