- Arrange tours for customers; manage tour correspondence / communication via telephone, website, email and in person when necessary. - Greet visitors at the center and inform them of tour options. - Book service providers as needed. - Liaise with local tour operators. . - Coordinate guides with booked tours well in advance. - Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports - Work with guides to prepare equipment necessary for tours. - Receive payments; prepare and close cash advances for tours. - Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Director to better promote SVC trips to the tourist market in Cambodia. - Oversee the preparation and sale of tourism-related products. - Together with Guide Training Manager, coordinate the guide allocation and clients’ needs at various situations. ** Some work will be required outside of regular office hours.
