Duties • Ensure strict and correct translation of drawings by the team. This includes building dimension, material specifications • Advise team on key material installation methods • Spend 85 % of the working hours on site to supervise teams’ work to ensure the construction progresses as planned with efficient use of construction material and still retain high construction quality • Review project plans • Undertaking surveys and ensuring site • Interpreting details and drawings and providing instructions to Foreman on site • Supervision of workers and foreman within area • Making Daily reports and submitting to the project manager • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations • Overseeing building work • Check and control finishing work quality • Inspect job site on daily basis. • Review and monitor work progress against the program and to take appropriate actions... • Ensure all reports and other documents are correctly filled in and updated on daily basis. • Coordinate with Safety team to conduct Inspections on site safety against the standard check list for site safety, security and cleanliness on a periodical basis • Available to travel every time

+ Requirements • Preferably Diploma Degree Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering equivalent. • Min 2 of experience Building Construction, with experience, may consider senior positions. • Able work independently well organized. • Interpersonal skill and team work preferable. • Careful, integrity, Hardworking and High job responsibility, attention to detail and accuracy • Able communicate effectively both verbal graphically writing English Khmer. • Possess in reading Architectural Interior construction drawings estimating building material costs. • Able make both manual computer-aided measurements Architectural Interior construction drawings. • A must excellent computer-aided skills: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Ms.Word, Excel other software to Quantity Surveyor advantageous. + Application Form: Candidates are invited to submit an application with CV to email below, Application and CV will be not returned. +Note: Please Mention your Expected Salary enclose your CV.
