Job Responsibilities •Handle on Planning, Organizing, Controlling and Monitoring of production and process of production in factory •Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule; •Ensure that the production is cost effective; •Decide what resources are required; •Draft a timescale for the job; •Estimate costs and set the quality standards; •Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed; •Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment; •Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmers; •liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; •Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals; •Make sure goods produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality. •Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed in factory •Staff management including recruiting, training, evaluating, monitoring and motivating •Other job assign by top management

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirement •Males, age: 30-45years old •At least Bachelor degree of management or related field •At least 5years work experience production management of agriculture Industry or related industries •Have knowledge about production process of agriculture industry •Have some knowledge about chemical for product •Have knowledge of some tools and machinery in manufacturing •Strong Leadership skill •Good comment communication in English both Writing & Speak of more Thai is a plus •Good Planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process; •The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems; •Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality; •Be able to use computer (MS office, PowerPoint, Internet &Email;) •Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget and at the right time; •Be able to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines; •The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner •Have strong commitment with result oriented style How to apply,Candidates who have the above mentioned qualifications and experiences and would be interested in working with our dynamic team, please submit your most recent CV and photo and references by mention position applied to Address: 141, 143, 145, St.217 Monireth, Sangkat Beoung Salang, Khan Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
