*Job Description: -Install, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, aggregators, switches, Wi-Fi controllers and firewalls. - Perform telephone system support, and infrastructure setup - Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions, Data backup - Provide network and host based security, incident response, firewall and VPN management and administration - Computer software and hardware support - Provide network documentation, monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions - Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices - Perform other tasks as requested by Head of IT Service
