 Prepare monthly journal vouchers, debit/credit note, general ledger and cashbook  Process all payments paid thru cash purchase vouchers (CPV)  Update daily cashbook  Prepare monthly withholding tax and fringe benefit tax declaration  Check and coordinate with Administration team on the payment to laborers  Inventory updates and costings (spare part) in Conical Hat software  Assist in stock take in warehouse and FA sighting and witness coal unloading and diesel delivery  Other jobs that may be assigned from time to time
