- Manage all F & B and day-to- day operation smoothly to achieve high sales and standard - Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operation including product quality, service standard , menu concept, inventory control, health & safety, point of sales and guest satisfaction - Ensure high level of sanitation and hygiene safeguard measures at all times - Lead, Train, and appraise teamwork by attracting and developing skills as well as knowledge with loyalty and professional. - Plan, supervise and review of the work of staff involved in food preparation and service on a daily basis - Handle the control and protection of stock, cleaning supplies and operating equipment to ensure that these are properly stored and to minimize losses and breakage - keep work schedule, logistics, cleaning and maintenance schedules and more organized is crucial to the job. - Able to Communicate well with all levels in the company of any related issues. - Ability to work multi tasks and manage time effectively - Ability to creative innovative food and beverage promotions - Other duties will be assigned by CEO
