- To ensure that all mise-en-place in always freshly prepared and on time - To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity - To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or pass correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner - To ensure that his section is being kept clean and tidy at all times. - To ensure the junior cooks and trainees receive the right training and optimum guidance - To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to thee sous chef or head chef. - To ensure the no horseplay is allowed in section and that all staff are treated fairly and with courtesy. - Arrive before the designated start of your shift so that you do not inconvenience other employees or disrupt the efficient operations of the kitchen. - To be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress - To attend training course and seminars as and when required. To strive to study management subjects in preparation for future advancement

- At least 2 year experiences in related field as Chef De Parties in Restaurant - Sex: Female/ Male - Cambodian National with good command of the English both written and spoken and communication skills. - Positive attitude, Friendly manner, Service minded oriented, good presentation, Communication Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills. - Be eager to learn new things/ skills. - Working well with under pressure and long hours when necessary. - Be committed to receiving a best achievement. - Be honest and hardworking is a must, working well with the team.
