·      Working in shift changing between Assistant and Service Station Manager in good cooperative manners.

·      Handling day-to-day staff management, store/stock//merchandises management in order to keep the services operation running smoothly.

·      Handle in execution of day-to-day operational services including leading staff and problems solving.  

·      Ensure the whole station premises are in secure, safety and well-clean at all the time.

·      Controlling and ensuring the day collected cash in secure and correctly counted by subordinators.

·      Daily summary sale report, monthly report and stock count.

·      Prepare monthly summary OT and payroll for service station staffs.

·      Handling the whole operational activities within Caltex Services Station in order to provide high quality services to customers.

·      Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration / Marketing

·      Good command of English both writing and listening.

·      Good Computer Skills (MS Excel and MS Word).

·      Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

·      Be able to work shift time (flexible hours).

·      Good leadership/interpersonal skills.
