• Managing and elevating the user experience of a self-serve product used by thousands of users

• Leading UX/UI design on multiple software projects simultaneously, from strategy to execution

• Working with product managers to define and prioritize product requirements

• Choosing the techniques you’ll use to develop and iterate on solutions, such as wireframing, brainstorming, research, prototyping, etc.

• Collaborating with our engineering team and product managers to find solutions that balance functionality, development effort, and speed

• Providing engineers with the information necessary to implement your designs (whether that's high-fidelity mockups, written documentation, icons, the occasional spreadsheet, or something else)

• Reviewing and collecting user feedback, then using your findings to propose improvements

• Collaborate and work cross-functionally across teams to define and maintain UI/UX standards that will ensure uniformity across all LTLabs products

• Have 3-5 years of relevant product design experience. (Experience with SaaS products is a plus)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic start up environment

• Experience presenting design thinking in discussions with stakeholders, assessing design needs for projects and liaising with the Product Management to scope and refine projects

• Experience designing complex enterprise applications with big data discovery and visualization Enjoy working on big- picture projects as well as small, tactical ones

• Prepared to use data (where it's available) to inform and validate their design decisions

• Comfortable with occasional strategic shift that comes with working on a team that values agility

• Have the ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity

prototypes

• A strong design portfolio should demonstrate a strong command of best practices and in-depth experience, preferably with enterprise examples.
