IT Service Delivery

-   Through collaborative engagement with business users, IT leadership, IT compliance, Shared Services, and 3rd Party vendors.

-  Acts as escalation point and works with International Products IT, Workforce Enablement, Chevron Technical Center and 3rd parties to ensure that support service levels for applications and systems are met.

-  Ensures that IT related policies and compliance requirements are well understood. Partners with other IT organizations and management to ensure compliance.

-  Assist with Information Protection, SOX and compliance for Cambodia.

-  Coordinates the IT contracts/vendor management process for local IT services.

Retail Automation

-  Manages Retail System including Point of Sale (POS), Back Office System (BOS), Telecommunications equipment & Peripheral. 

-   Manages Retail Automation (RA) assets, capital and expense budgets. 

-  Schedule and coordinate with L1 for new sites deployment, System update/upgrade, change at Caltex COCO & RORO stations.

-  Coordinate with L1 to provide RA technical support and problem solving and escalate to the L2 if required.

-  Ensures that storehouse equipment in properly accounted for, refurbished and made available for deployment/redeployment, therefore ensuring the best utilization of capital and expense budgets.

May include other Retail and Payment system project when being assigned

-  Diploma or higher in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline

-  At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in end user desktop support, computing/telecommunicating hardware, Microsoft Office applications and environment

-  Strong communication skills and ability to engage people across the organization top to bottom to ensure alignment and support

-  Must have excellent facilitation and influencing skills to mobilize others (both in business and IT) to commit resources, create a sense of urgency and deliver both run and change priorities in line with IT standards

-  Must have broad IT experience in applications and infrastructure technologies, Information Risk Management (IRM). Strong knowledge and understanding of IT standards. Demonstrated ability to define and document requirements and act as a bridge between IT and the business.

-  Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse IT organization to deliver both change and run agendas, includes reliability and Information Protection compliance
