Jobs Description

Responsible for developing business growth and achieving sales, profit and assigned targets.
Accountable for budget control, negotiation of favorable terms and effective utilization of funds to achieve financial targets.
Conduct weekly or monthly Business Reviews with the assigned team members to improve performance as per set KPI.
Work with other members of the regional team to anticipate response to a variety of business needs.
Build a professional relation and network with new and existing customers to expand the business to increase customer loyalty.
Be a central contact point and closely work with the support team to solve customers’ requirements and needs.
Proactively establish and maintain effective teamwork relationships with all relevant departments.
Maintain professional working attitudes that maintain and promote the company's core values.
Understand well the problem and have it solved in a timely manner.
Priorities things to be done effectively.
Ability to work under pressure/ problem solving and can do attitude.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to top management.
Willing to continuously focus on self-developed and together grow with team.
