● Responsible for managing a team of automation and industrial control engineers

● Responsible for promoting and selling company products and integrated system solutions as to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives

● Engage and develop new and existing customers by identifying and drive new sale opportunities and to build / enhance customer relationship

● Preparing tender bid proposals submissions, inclusive of compilation functional /technical information, and various quote/cost from in-house departments and other components, systems vendors

● Overall responsibility for complete management and technical delivery of projects - Overall technical and team management

● Provide support as team members for internal Sales and Service teams.

● Develop and plan sales strategies for meeting sales targets and progressive KPIs.

● Coaching and training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

● Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial

● Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.

● Knowledge of the water treatment industry would be an asset

● Ability to travel as needed.
