- Actively conduct market survey and studies

- Attend and prepare all the documents and matters related to tenancy management including negotiation, renewal & approval and handling over the units

- Carry out daily leasing tasks including follow up on prospect & prepare prospect inquiry reports

- Monitoring and review all the tenancy agreements for renewals, expiration or termination.

- Liaise with project/fit out on M&E requirement, layout and design submission

- Engage with tenants and agents to lease out available spaces within the Company's portfolio of properties

- Take clients on properties tour

- Liaise with the Company Legal Department to ensure that all documentation and tenancy agreements are in order and properly executed.

-Prepare timely reports to the management

- Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or other related fields

- Possess good oral and written skills in English or Chinese

- Professional attitude and appearance

- Good at communication with outgoing personality

-Have good computer literacy

- A team player with good interpersonal skills

- Have good organizational and planning skills

- Capable to multitask under fast-paced environment
