·       Make a cold calling to targeted clients (project) and have a face-to-face meeting

·      Understand clients’ needs and requirements, and provide total solutions

·      Build strong relationship with customers or owners and constructors

·      Develop business strategies to close business deals with key clients.

·      Follow up and update key clients on project progresses and provide total solutions in timely manner.

·      Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

·      Continuously improve through feedback

·      Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

·      Be able to do the quotation and SO accurately without delay.

·      Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

·      Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

·      Prepare daily and weekly sale plan and sale report for managerial level.

·      Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

·      Assist manager to ensure all sale plan and activities are successful

-Other tasks as assigned by the management.

·      Graduated bachelor's degree, major in Marketing or relevant

·      1-2 years experiences in Sale field

·      Good at customer service and fast learner

·       Able to work under pressure, and willing to work out of working hours.

·      Good at presentation skill & Strong internal personal skills

·      Be able to travel
