EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

 bachelor's degree in water and Environment Engineering or related field. (Fresh graduated is encouraged)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ESSENTIAL:

1. Computer literacy and especially MS Offices, MS Project, AutoCAD, Projects 2000.

2. Project Management knowledge.

3. Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

4. Negotiation skill.

5. Good interpersonal skill.
