- To define the Transportation and operation team KPI according to

business challenges to help the company achieve business goals.

- To manage and control the team KIP and make sure that they will

comply with company strategies

- To control and push performance to reach the Revenue target, cost,

profit, and the timeline of the operation.

- To set up the internal and external operation procedure for the team to

follow.

- To support the commercial team in attracting and winning new CHB,

Trucking, and Freight related business.

- To do subcontractor reviews both costing and performance

- Build up the relationship with the customs officer, ministry officer,

supplier and customers.

- To work and build up strategies with the other dept to solve all

problems and challenges to make sure the processes are smooth.

- Other tasks assigned by Country Manager

- Bachelor degree Or Master's Degree in Business Entity

- Comprehensive English communication, Chinese or Thai is a plus

- Advance knowledge of M.S Office especially M.s Excel

- Have a very well knowledge of the market and Economics

- At least 5years experience in Transportation, Customs House Brokerage, and Freight Forwarding

- Having a good connection and network with the customs and

government offices

- Dynamic, open minded, highly committed, proactive and timely manner
