• Craft digital product and services (short to long term) which includes preparation of approval paper, risk assessment, product paper, and other documentation required by the Bank and regulators.

• Translate digital strategies into user journeys.

• Ensure all initiatives comply to internal and external policies and regulations.

• Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources to drive adoption and usage of all digital initiatives.

• Collaborate with other business owners, technical team to materialize digital initiative.

• Participate in agile ceremonies (spring planning, grooming user stories, stand up, defect triage, etc) to ensure all requirements, issues, and other related matters are address immediately.

• Perform User Test (e.g., SIT/UAT) to ensure end product is accordance to business strategy and planned MVPs.

• Support the digital team in day-to-day operations like reporting, troubleshooting issues face by customers, and other related digital matters.

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

• Experience in Digital Banking

• Banking and regulatory governance

• Understanding of bank’s digital products

• Understanding of Agile Methodology or Project Management.
