- Objective: Lead and drive sales growth for top 25 largest accounts. These are strategic and mega enterprise accounts, with sales activities to sell deep and wide into each account.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts

-Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers

-Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet

-Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up

-Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs

-Key Accounts Analysis

-Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

.- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- Strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the Banking & Manufacturing industries.

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.

- Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.

- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Analyze and draw inference from data.

- Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
