- Ensure and deliver an upscale professional guest service experience.

- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and guests while remaining attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented.

- Provide Service Quality/Guest Experience team training, direction, and leadership.

- Create, manage, and lead the VIP and amenity program to boost guest loyalty and retention.

- Evaluate and respond to all guest feedback in a professional manner.

- Keep in touch with guests on a regular and seamless basis by being approachable, detail-oriented, results-driven, and gracious.

- Coordinate and communicate between all departments that have an impact on the guest experience.

- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Revenue Team to understand seasonal rate strategy.

- Maintain property responses for all review channels.

- Maintain high personal appearance and grooming standards.

- Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.

- Perform other duties as requested by management.
