-         To oversee implementation of Quality management systems and ensure that QA system meet company and buyers’ requirement

-         To ensure product quality meet customer’s expectation and requirement

-         Create, implement, and measure quality trainings to product staff

-         To coordinates with buyer’s inspectors regarding requirements and standards and factory status

-         To cultivate best practice using right tools measurement and methodology to measure quality preferment

-         To look at ways to reduce waste (relate to quality including reworks, any claims, and any second -grade garment

-          To conduct investigation of customer’s compliant on product and make sure the remedial measures were taken promptly

-         To conduct factory audit (Cutting A-Z, safety and Metal Free, and technical audit)

-         To communicate with buyer for any quality concerns and performance rating

-         To communicate and monitor T2 performance

-         To strictly implement TLS (traffic light system)

-         Any other duties to be assigned by superior

-         Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Quality Management, Garment Technology or any related field

-         Knowledge of product inspection, AQL process and compliance standards

-         Experience with garments manufacturing techniques (lab testing, technical sewing, WIP, TLS buyer quality requirements) and materials quality (fabric and accessories)

-         Proven experience working cross-functionally with creative and technically minded individuals

-         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-         Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task. Detail is essential.

-         Basic knowledge of product design techniques and process

-         Proactive and motivates team to perform well

-         Drives innovation and sustainability in the organization
