Jobs Description

Customer Service:

• To participate in the development of public enquiry policy and procedures to ensure smooth operation of this service;

• Greeting and servicing customers for the public enquiry;

• Processing the public credit report from all channels and delivering it in a timely manner;

• Explain customer the detail of credit report if there is any question to make sure customer clearly understand it;

• Ensure good quality service provided to public customer.

Sale Management:

• Lead in developing selling strategies and implement it in an effective manner;

• Work closely with marketing team to promote Public Enquiry Service to target customers and promote mobile app to public;

• Responsible for ensuring public enquiry service and mobile app user hit the corporate target.

Complain Handling and Dispute Resolution:

• Lead in developing and improving complaint mechanism/framework;

• Logging all disputes from customer and addressed the complaint in ad effective manner;

• Escalate the complaint to the higher level base on complaint mechanism.

Communication:

• Work closely with other related departments in relation to public enquiry;

• To ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally.

Reporting:

• Prepare monthly report

• Prepare quarterly report

• Prepare other reports as required

Other Duties:

• Take initiative in doing other task appropriately;

• Other duties as assign by supervisor or line manager.

Jobs Requirement

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Holds a Bachelor Degree of Banking and Finance or related degree with at least one-year relevant work experience;

• Basic knowledge of bank, microfinance and leasing sector;

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Good oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;

• Good at on communication skill;

• Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail;

• Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality;

• Is self-motivated, committed to self-improvement and a team player;

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
