+ Data Science

• Perform predictive analytic where required.

• Design data modelling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis.

• Measure and improve results of the modelling.

• Present result to stakeholders.

+ Report Development and Preparation

• Designing workflow/procedure for analytic report development and review it regularly.
• Work closely with business development team in developing analytic report according to client requirements
• Work closely with data to initiate in developing new analytic report to fit with market demand.
• Assist DAM in performing ad hoc data analysis as per request and produce it in a timely manner.
• Maintenance reporting software and do necessary upgrade.

+ Analytic Report User Management

• Assist in managing Tableau Server and other reporting tool by creating user, granting user access, back up data etc.
• Develop monitoring tools to track user performance.
• Regularly monitor user performance and report to manager.

+ Data Quality Check

• Use best effort and resource to validate data accuracy.
• Work closely with Data Integrity team to ensure good quality data.
• Join in developing platform to monitor client performance in regard to data quality.
• Develop basic SQL tool for data extraction for helpdesk team.

+ User Training and Document

• Assist DAM in creating user training guide for end user.
• Conduct necessary training to end user upon request.
• Prepare procedure or process related to product subscription, review and update regularly.

+ Communication

• Contact with software provider in maintenance reporting system.
• Work closely with other related departments in developing analytic report.
• Ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally.

+ Other Duties

• Assist Line Manager and company management with other tasks as required.
• Take initiative in doing other task appropriately.
• Other duties as assign by supervisor or line manager.

• Bachelor degree preferably Data Science, Statistic or Computer Science.

• Experience working with large data.

• Be advanced in Tableau Desktop and Server.

• Knowledge in Python and/or R programming.

• STATA and SPSS knowledge.

• Good knowledge of SQL programming skills.

• Advanced PC skills, Word, Power point and Excel (graphs, chart, formulas etc.)

• Experience in analytic skill preferably in credit related data.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to work well in a team environment.

• Ability to multi-task and to work independently; drive for results.
