• To conduct site inspection / meeting / make relevant reports.

• To prepare & review the project organization, schedule, scope of work, drawings, & others.

• To arrange site briefing, construction meeting, & other meetings with sub-contractors.

• To ensure construction function run smoothly.

• To follow up, cooperate, & coordinate with sub-contractors to solve any issues.

• To manage and coordinate subordinators in working, reporting, and solving issues.

• To monitor and review all subcontractors’ works.

• To produce monthly report on each project and send to internal management.

• To assist manager in doing construction planning.

• To do daily report to construction manager.

• Other tasks to be assigned by construction manager.

• Bachelor Degree in any related fields (Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, & Architecture), Electrical Engineering is recommended.

• Minimum 1 to 2-year-experience in construction or related work.

• Good command of reading, writing and speaking English is a plus.

• Proficiency in Computer Skills (Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Engineering software, and others).

• Ability to communicate and negotiate with sub-contractors.

• Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment.
