1. To learn the knowledge of the products and its application in order to share to sales team as key selling points and to the customers in the purpose of getting the interest and supporting sales goal;

2. Communicate with the principles on updated information or technology of the product knowledge, principles’ sales plan and price.

3. Work with sales team to ensure right target customers and assess the customers’ needs

4. Support sales team on recommending the right products according to sales enquiries and comparing the competitors’ product information

5. Attend training or workshops/seminars organized by the principles

6. Provide on-site application training to user upon installation when required.

7. Increase brand awareness of our company and products.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or healthcare administration, or an equivalent major.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry

• A good understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends, is essential.

• Good project management, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial.

• The ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects is also important.
