Jobs Description


1. HR Policy Development & Implementation


  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive HR policies and procedures across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and offboarding.
  • Establish and streamline administrative workflows, including standard forms and templates for processes such as leave requests, travel approvals, and expense reimbursements.


2. Compliance & Risk Management


  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with Cambodian labor laws, tax regulations, and relevant industry standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify alignment with company policies and legal requirements.


3. HR Operations Management


  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in offer negotiations.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, including orientation, documentation, and benefits enrollment.
  • Address employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Administer employee benefits, including leave entitlements and national social security (NSSF) contributions.
  • Coordinate performance management activities such as goal setting, ongoing feedback, and annual appraisals.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance records.


4. Records & Documentation


  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal files, and performance reviews.
  • Keep company policies, procedures, and administrative forms well-organized and up to date.


5. Culture & Engagement Support


  • Support company culture initiatives through the organization of team-building activities, company events, and employee recognition programs.
  • Enhance employee engagement by assisting with surveys, feedback channels, and internal communications.


6. General Support


  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager or senior management.


 


 


 


Qualifications:


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of Cambodian labor laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in handling payroll, employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
