-Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, any related field, or equivalent work experience

-At least 3 years of construction experience in building electrical, fire protection, and monitoring network design

-Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience in design mechanical systems and products

-Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Project management software

-Be able to use English in communication ,Chinese speaking is prioritized

-Strong technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability

-Possess excellent communication and organizational skills

-Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
