-       Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory, and Revenue Recognition;

-       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards;

-       Develop and monitor internal control systems to ensure integrity and compliance;

-       Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections;

-       Analyze financial results and trends, providing variance analysis and actionable insights;

-       Monitor Capitalize Expenditure and Operating Expenditure;

-       Monitor and implement cost control;

-       Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements (VAT, WHT, corporate income tax);

-       Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities;

-       Manage company’s cash position, banking relationships, and funding requirements;

-       Lead, train, and supervise finance/accounting team;

-       Establish performance goals and provide regular feedback and mentoring;

-       Be able to travel up and down to site once in a while site is in Oddormeanchey province;

-       Other tasks assigned by top management

-       Strong Chinese language

-       English language is a plus

-       Minimum 3 years in finance/accounting

-       Prior experience in power plant and coal is highly preferred

-       Can us MS Excel, Word skills and financial modeling
