-       Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock or materials;

-       Issue stock as per approved requisitions and record all transactions in the inventory system;

-       Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock levels and locations;

-       Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and periodic physical inventory audits;

-       Reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate discrepancies;

-       Implement proper stock rotation and storage practices to avoid damage or expiry;

-       Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports (stock movement, slow-moving items, shortages);

-       Maintain inventory records, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), delivery notes, and issue logs;

-       Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Maintenance departments for stock planning;

-       Use inventory management systems (ERP, Excel, or specialized warehouse software) to record and track transactions;

-       Suggest process improvements to optimize storage space and reduce inventory handling time;

-       Other tasks assigned by management

-       Strong in Chinese language

-       English is an optional conversation

-       Minimum 2 years in in inventory, warehouse, or stock control roles

-       Experience in ports, terminals, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus

-       Computer skills: MS Word, Excel
