2. Develops and Implements creative and targeted sales-building strategies for assigned company restaurants to ensure optimal sales and earnings

3. Assists in the annual preparation of sales projections, expense budgets, and capital expenditure budgets

4. Meets or exceeds budgeted sales in the F&B

5. Maximize profits and area by controlling expense within established budget guidelines

6. Identifies, evaluates and responds appropriately to labor efficiency problems

7. Monitors restaurant management and employee schedule

8. Assists restaurants management in identifying sales growth opportunities in restaurants merchandising and local restaurants marketing idea

9. Executes and follows up on financial result on a period basis

10. Executes and accountable for all controllable financial results on a period basis according to plan

11. Operations and Quality Standard

12. Ensure all restaurants meet or exceed Operations and Quality Standard

13. Perform visitations of each restaurants/stores on a period basis to ensure each restaurants management staff understands strengths and developmental opportunities as they related to quality standards and should completed the action report for each visit

14. Follow up action plan for long forms

15. Ensure professional restaurants and team image through rigid adherence to restaurant cleanliness, uninform and appearance standards

16. Responsible in providing direction to the restaurants/Stores management staff with regard to the achieving the standard

+ Having the same position in related to industry or 4-5 stars hotel

+ Good communication in English and another languages

+ Management and leadership skill, problem solving, delegation, motivation and performance management skills

+ Previous food and Beverage experience ideally in casual and fine dining environment

+ Be willing to make an extended commitment to the role

+ Demonstrate understanding of standard process and procedures
