Jobs Description

1. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

- Identify and assess potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.

- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.

2. Purchase Order Management

- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in line with company requirements.

- Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.

3. Negotiation & Cost Control

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve the best value.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or overstocking.

- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient procurement.

5. Supplier Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and handle disputes or issues.

- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.

6. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.

7. Market Research & Reporting

- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.

- Generate procurement reports on spending, savings, and supplier performance.

Jobs Requirement

* Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.

- Experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus.

- Fluent in English and Chinese (written & Spoken) for contracts and negotiations

* Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Analytical mindset with cost-saving strategies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
