• Regularly check and counting stock level at Oudong and Mechey warehouse.
• Complete the required paperwork when stock in and out or movements
• Updating stock movement to computer in google sheet for all Products
• Manage and control packing, loading, unloading and staging process
• Check and Prepare packaging materials or other stuffs prior to packing
• Control bag stock movement and sending report to Logistic team or related department
• Maintain on quality of products before delivery to customers, perform as inspector.
• Maintain all products, storage/keeping by stock map and updating on time
• Monitor container/ trucks/ Vans…. loading process at Oudong /Mechey warehouse
• Apply FIFO and 5S implementation
• Daily check Delivery Plan and work closely with Sale team if have any updated or changing information of Sale order.
• Support in receiving and send some materials to sale team such as calendar, hat, T-shirt
• Support in weighting truck in and out
• Issue DN to customer
• Conduct monthly count stock with Finance Team and do reconcile.
• Other tasks assigned by managers

Position Summary

• Bachelor degree in Management or Accounting
• Two- or three-year experiences in stock management is preferable
• Proper storage of equipment, facility and inventory
• Keep warehouse cleaned and tidy
• Send “Daily inventory report” on time
• Thorough attention to detail
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to work longer hours
• Able to communicate well
• Able to read and write English
• Good coordinate with worker level or drivers
• Good leadership skill
