Jobs Description

Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Assist with the implementation of instructional activities and lesson plans.
Provide individualised attention and support to students' academic and social development.
Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom, ensuring student well-being.
Support students with personal care needs, including hygiene and well-being.
Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional and social growth.
Contribute to the organisation and preparation of classroom materials and resources.
Assist with record-keeping, progress tracking, and other administrative tasks.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective communication with parents/guardians.

Jobs Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young students.
Knowledge of child development and appropriate care practices.
