We are seeking an experienced Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team onboard the Scenic Spirit and Emerald Harmony. This is a full-time position working onboard on either ship along the Mekong River. • Deliver courteous, professional service to guests during night shift hours
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Conduct regular safety and security checks throughout the shift
• Monitor access to ensure only authorised individuals enter or exit the vessel
• Perform administrative tasks such as wake-up calls, guest materials, and reports
• Maintain a clean and secure Front Desk area overnight
• Coordinate with departments as needed and support morning preparations
• Participate in scheduled safety drills and report any hazards

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or cruise ship Front Desk role
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office
• Confidence in handling safety and guest security procedures
• Able to work independently and stay focused overnight
• Experience working in a multicultural team environment
• Well-organised, disciplined, and proactive in problem-solving
