Jobs Description

Update photo of team activities for all work force daily.
Inspect and monitor the production work.
Do not leave the working site without permission.
Send photo of worker ‘s work activities during check in time (7:00 am and 1:00 pm) and report any case of worker starting work late.
Daily update workers’ attendance and over time on time.
All materials purchase request must be planned at least 2 to 3 days in advance.
Maintain all materials and tools are return to warehouse at the end to the day.
Ensure that all company’s assets must be well control and no wasting material.
Carry out other task assign by the company.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field
English literacy is required
Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Microsoft Project)
Familiarity with CAD Software (eg. AutoDAD, Revit) for drawing review
At least 4 years experience in construction site
Understanding about décor work
Be able to manage work at site
Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Team work, honest, hardworking and high responsibility
High critical thinking and problem solving
Sub-contractor work force quality management
Strong leadership and well organizing
