Recruitment & Staffing

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles (front of house, back of house, management, corporate).
• Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and support hiring managers in selection.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the point of contact for all employee-related issues.

Training & Development

• Design and implement training programs (onboarding, compliance, soft skills, F&B-specific operations).

Performance Management

• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.

HR Policy & Compliance

• Maintain and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry standards.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Work closely with Finance/Accounts to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits including leave, attendance, health insurance, etc.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry.
• Experience in handling multi-location operations is a plus.
