• At least 3–5 years of experience in credit operations, lending, or microfinance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of credit assessment, loan management, and risk analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and achieve targets under pressure
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation
• Computer literacy (MS Office, loan management systems)
