Jobs Description

Update new booking on system
Place booking to Airlines/Carriers
Release booking to shipper
Coordinate with broker/carrier for cargo check-in
Issue draft HAWB/HBL and checking draft MAWB?MBL
Upload pre-alert and do finalize shipment plan in system
Submit costing and issue PL sheet to FIN team
Checking rate airfreight with carrier giving new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team
Comply with Company policy
Work directly with FIN team for invoice issue and work directly with OPS team for clearance documents issue.
Communicate with supplier/customer for export operation

Jobs Requirement

Good computer skill (Ms. Office, internet, and Typing)
Min 1- 2 years experiences in logistics Sea/Air Operation
Hard-working, punctual and result-oriented person.
Willing to learn and do extra job to gain more knowledge.
Working Condition:
Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day)
Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holiday, in accordance with Ministry of Labor Announcement and code
Location: 1406 Floor ,Flatiron By Meridian Building, Boeng Kork, Phnom Penh
