Jobs Description

Lead and manage daily operations of the automotive manufacturing plant.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to optimize processes.
Recruit, train, and develop plant staff; foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing plant operations and achieving performance targets.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software.
Experience with ICE vehicle assembly & electric vehicle (EV) production or advanced automotive technologies.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other industry standards.
Multilingual capabilities (especially if managing international teams or suppliers).
