Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian International Financial Reporting Standards (CIFRS) and company policies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management in decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.

Accounting Operation

• Supervise day-to-day accounting functions including Account Payable, Account Receivable, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and closing procedures.
• Monitor cost accounting and production-related expenses to support manufacturing efficiency.
• Implement and enforce strong internal controls to safeguard company resources.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations (General Department of Taxation).
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports, tax filings, and regulatory filings on time.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team; provide training and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with other departments (Procurement, Sales, Production, HR) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Report directly to CEO and provide strategic financial advice.

Business Support

• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate profitability, cost efficiency, and risk management.
• Support management in capital investment decisions, financing arrangements, and strategic projects.
• Provide insights on steel industry cost structures and recommend improvements.

• Strong Chinese language
• Strong English language
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or ACCA/CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws, CIFRS/IFRS, and cost accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent) and Ms. Word, MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
