Cross-Functional Coordination

• Facilitate collaboration between departments such as IT, Risk, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; deliver executive dashboards and reports to senior management for informed decision-making.

Methodology & Process Standardization

• Implement and maintain standardized project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models) to improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery consistency across the bank
