Jobs Description

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, interviewing, hiring, onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development plans.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and legal manner.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and attendance systems.
  • Organize training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Administration:

  • Supervise and coordinate all administrative functions, including office maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Ensure the workplace is safe, secure, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee company assets, office equipment, and facilities management.
  • Manage administrative budgets and cost control for office operations.
  • Support in organizing company events, meetings, and other internal activities.
  • Liaise with government agencies and ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and contracts.


Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership, conflict management, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a dynamic environment
