Jobs Description

Identify, target, and develop business opportunities with fleet operators, transport companies, logistic providers, and commercial vehicle owners.
Promote and sell the company’s range of lubricants, including engine oils, transmission oils, and greases suitable for heavy-duty and light-duty fleets.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide technical and commercial solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of trade within company guidelines.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in lubricants, automotive, or fleet management industry.
Strong understanding of lubricant products and applications in commercial vehicles and fleets is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
